Differences between 1:1 and 1:N, and threshold

Let me explain you the differences about 1:1, 1:N and threshold.

Threshold (the value of it) is the number of points that the system will check to recognize your face. It is not related to time, it is related to the minimun number of coincidences to verifications.

The 1:1 and 1:N verifies what face you want to check. If you use the 1:1, it will be faster, because you are only trying to check against 1 face instead of all database. If your database has 300 faces, it will be slower in 1:N than in 1:1.
