Why device could not connect to software?

Please check the following tips:

1. Wrong connection method.

2. Ethernet cable or serial port cable lose connection.

3. PC or device communication failures.

4. zkemkeep.dll address access conflict which cause by installed ZKTeco different version software.

The solution 

a. Uninstall the other software, re-install new software.

b. Upgrade software via update package, get from ZKTeco Company website.
